Firicet is to provide fast relief
Tension headaches cause a constant steady pain around the forehead, temples, back of the head, and neck area. For some people the pain is mild to moderate and doesn’t interfere with their daily life. For others the pain can be quite debilitating, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to several days.
Luckily there’s Fioricet. Firicet is a prescription medication that’s specifically designed to provide fast relief from tension headaches due to stress, anxiety, fatigue, poor posture, and/or overexertion. Fioricet constricts dilated blood vessels that contribute to headache pain, and helps slow down nerve impulses so that you can relax.
Side Effects: Common side effects you may experience while you are taking this medicine include the following: drowsiness, dizziness, confusion or lightheadedness, shortness of breath, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, decreased appetite, tiredness, leg pain, muscle weakness, agitation, irritability, nervousness, anxiety, rash or itching, headache, and/or constipation. These side effects are generally mild and do not require to you stop treatment. If more severe side effects occur, such as an allergic reaction, slow or weak breathing, liver damage (yellowing of the skin or eyes, nausea, abdominal pain, unusual bleeding or bruising, severe fatigue), or low blood sugar (fatigue, increased hunger or thirst, dizziness, or fainting) stop taking Fioricet and seek emergency medical attention.
Suggested Use: Take Fioricet exactly as directed by your doctor. For tension headaches, the normal prescribed dose for adults is 1-2 capsules or tablets every four hours as needed (not to exceed more than 6 pills within a 24-hour period).
